Aviation and In-flight Security
IRIS Security are able to provide trained In-flight security to the aviation sector. This service is provided to mitigate the risk of potential disruption by inadmissible or unruly passengers.
Airlines that do not have an escort capability are generally referred back to the detaining authority, police or border control, whilst in the UK these are referred to the UK Border Force, whereby cases are then forwarded to the Home Office contractor for removal, This increases removal and prolonged detention costs, whereas IRIS Security mitigate those costs by providing Security Escort capability at the earliest opportunity and can be provided within 8hrs upon request.
